At A Floral Affair we are family owned and operated. Our mission is simple: to provide the best flowers and service to our customers. We take great pride in our company, our commitment to customer service, and in the products we sell. Our online store is designed to provide you with a safe and secure environment to browse our product catalog. We pride ourselves on having a helpful friendly staff and the freshest flowers. Our flowers are handled with the utmost care. Upon arrival, we hydrate, feed and preserve all our flowers to ensure as much longevity to your arrangement as possible.
Customers are always asking us how we compete with the "Super Stores" that carry fresh flowers. We have to chuckle at that! Customers really don't know how fresh the flowers are or whether or not they have been processed for longevity. Would you want to give a gift of flowers that come in a plastic sleeve?, or would you rather have them beautifully wrapped with accent flowers and a mix of greens? You may also choose from a variety of fresh arrangements in our cooler or choose from our on line photos that are all "professionally" designed.
Sure we may cost more, but you'll see and hear about the difference!
Any floral arrangement or gift basket can be customized to fit your needs. Sometimes flowers,
gourmet items and containers may be substituted with one of equal value but it will always be fresh and of good quality - guaranteed! If for some reason you're not happy with any item, please contact us and we will do everything possible to make it right. Fresh arrangements normally last between three and seven days. This depends on the type of flower and if watered and fed daily by the recipient- we provide a packet of fresh flower food with all our arrangements. Live plants are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. We do offer silk arrangements as well- sorry silks are not refundable.

Delivery Policy:
Place orders by 3:00 PM, Mon - Fri, and 12:30 PM Sat, EST time to assure same-day delivery, excluding fruit and gourmet baskets and tropical arrangements which need a 24 hour notice.
Upon checkout, a $7.00 delivery charge will be added to each order.
